From form to consultation
The site handles the first step. The provider handles the rest.

- We pass your details and message to a provider near Frisco.
- The provider gets in touch to answer first questions and book a consultation if you want one.
- At the consultation, a licensed provider decides what is suitable for you, and you choose whether to proceed.
If you change your mind
Plans change, and that is fine. If the provider contacts you and you are no longer interested, just tell them. You are under no obligation.
If you would like your request withdrawn so your details are not used further, see the privacy page for how to ask. And if you want to go ahead later, you can always send a new request.
A note on what to write
Your message goes to the provider along with your name, email and phone. Keep it simple. Something like "I would like to ask about laser hair removal on my legs" is plenty.
Leave detailed health information for the consultation itself, where you can talk it through with a licensed provider in person. If you later want your request withdrawn, or you no longer want to be contacted, see the privacy page for the steps.
